Prototype Combat System

I studied a little some things that I still did not know about RPG Maker MV, which may include the combat system, like almost everything in RPG Maker is easy to understand and to use, but can become complex to refine, modify, improve and customize at its maximum. In a delicate system like the combat system many things come into play, the monsters management, groups of monsters and random battles, but not only it is connected to the weapons and armors system, statistics and experience of PG , therefore the system levels and their growthand then the classes, which are closely related and also related to the combat system, the special powers, skills and magic. It’s all a refinement of attack and defense values, effects and timing, and much more. Create a complete and balanced system can be long and complex, even with tools as simple and user friendly.

At the moment there are nine different monsters active, for which I created a small random groups system, an enemy appeared and than a simple script will calculate whether it is a single monster or if it is accompanied by others monsters, in the case of Slimoncello for example it will be randomly chosen if it will be a single enemy or three enemy, and whether these will be others Slimoncelli or Slime (yes the Slimoncello is a limoncello’s slime, taste to believe!).

It is active at the moment only one temporary class, which I’ll need to test weapons and the few spells and abilities currently active. If you want to try them, I state that the clashes at least initially can be difficult, especially if you forget to buy and wear some weapons that can be purchased from NPCs in the “Villaggio dei Izingari”, only surpassed the quest (not yet complete) which will be entrusted to you by the king of Izingari you can access the outside world that is full of monsters depending on the regions visited (for now only trees, lawns and roads).
